Umm, I'm not getting anything. Where are they? I could just be that you have adware, I had some on my computer, and images on most sites kept turning into some pretty racy ads.

Oh, well.....At the top of the screen, under the forum sections, I see either links to other random sites or pictures of even more random sites and links. It says Ads by Google. I don't know....maybe it's just me.

It's definitely not just you. that was deliberately put there. Probably by the owner of Forumotion(the owner of the site). But the specific ads are chosen to be related to that page. So, if someone was posting about Superman, there would probably be a Superman ad.

What was objectionable? I know ads by google, they're usually clean. And as Obasi says, it's based on what's on the site. I didn't notice because I have Firefox, it blocks all the ads for me.

That's strange. It never blocks it for me.

I'm using the Adblock Plus extension with a couple wildcards that automatically filter out google ads and other common ad sources.

That would probably be useful for making some websites load a lot faster.

As I said, It could be adware, It often replaces links or pictures on sites with other ads that are usually not very clean.

This is so awesome! It seems like everytime I look at the smileys there are more of them (maybe they are planning on taking over the world!). Like seriously, is it just me or are there like new ones? Maybe I'm just going crazy.
